Return/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the manufacturing/printing process associated with Modern Lifestyle Bag Co, returns and refunds are only applicable to products that arrive damaged or misprinted with obvious defects. No refunds/returns will be accepted for products that DO NOT exhibit obvious damage/defects upon arrival. While Modern Lifestyle Bag Co does not fulfill the physical printing process, defects (upon arrival of product) and obvious damage to a product (upon arrival of product) will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost. Immediate proof of damage/defect is required within 12 hours of delivery of product (according to proof of delivery from shipping fulfillment organization). To commence the refund/replacement process, please contact Modern Lifestyle Bag Co at support@mlhomegoods.com. Please allow 48 hours for response.
